Jonathan, is a passionate advocate for the agricultural industry and the Director of Agronica Pty Ltd, a thriving independent agricultural services consultancy based in the fertile lands of Bundaberg, Queensland.
With a rich background in practical and analytical agricultural experience, Jonathan has been instrumental in driving Agronica's success as a reliable and forward-thinking partner for farmers and agribusinesses alike. Throughout his career, Jonathan has been deeply committed to optimizing agricultural practices, harnessing cutting-edge technologies, and promoting sustainable farming methods.
With a background in entomology and integrated pest management, Chris has been dedicated to the development and adoption of science based sustainable horticultural production.
Throughout his career, Chris has been passionate about engagement and collaboration with communities, agricultural producers, and staff. Partnering with People allows Agronica to build trusting relationships with our staff, our farmers, and our community.
Paul, has a strong background in the logistics and procurement of crop protection products, with over 20 years of experience.
With various roles within the agronomic services industry, Paul has been able to develop strong partnerships, which allows Agronica greater access to the ever-changing supply chains.
Always ready for a challenge, Earl enjoys that there are always changes happening in our industry. Every crop grows and behaves differently throughout the year with the changes in seasons. There are always challenges to deal with, learning on the go, especially about the effects of different climatic conditions and the introduction of new pests and diseases. Not only is the weather changing but so is technology, which is exciting!
Always learning new things maintains my enthusiasm.
As a third-generation farmer, Kate has grown upimmersed in farming.
Kate’s mission is to continually learn new ideas andpractices from industry experts and combine this withher local knowledge in order to provide local growerswith the best possible advice for the benefit.
